Zero Data Retention Policy

Within 30 days of verification completion, all raw candidate documents (Aadhaar scans, address proofs, educational certificates) are permanently deleted with DoD 5220.22 M standard data sanitization.

End to End Audit Trails

Every operation within our verification platform document upload, API call, verification initiation, result generation is logged in tamper evident audit trails with cryptographic signatures. Similar to blockchain verification, these logs cannot be altered post facto, ensuring regulatory investigators and legal discovery teams receive unassailable evidence. We provide our clients real time audit logs via API, so your compliance team monitors verification activity in real time. All logs are immutable for 7 years, exceeding ISO 27001 standards.
